During the session, you will learn that when your focus on being healthy first it makes all health goals more manageable, you will also learn how the 6 essential nutrients (Carbohydrates, Protein, Essential fats, Vitamins, Minerals & Water) nourish and supply vital nutrients to all organs and systems in the body, including the brain.
This one-hour consultation will set solid dietary foundations that you can build on, this can improve your health, or the health of your family or friends, and reduce the risk of diet-related chronic diseases.
This consultation aims to help you understand how to get the correct balance of nutrients in your diet to support optimal health, this can help with tiredness, weight management, blood sugar balancing (sugar cravings) gut health, mood swings, hormone balancing, and much more.
We will also discuss your personal health goals and agree on the best approach for you going forward to manage those goals.
