It has never been as important as it is today to optimise your physical and mental health and to build a robust immune system.
Nutrition and healthy lifestyle plans can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming at the start, but it doesn't need to be that way.
All of my programmes are designed to help you understand how food fuels and nourishes your body and brain, and the impact lifestyle choices have on your long term physical and mental health.
Another very important part of any successful long term health plan is to be able to implement it at your own pace. I will demonstrate how you can assess your own "readiness for change" and how to set your goals and align them to this.
With this knowledge and a solid foundation it will become much easier for you to achieve your long term health goals (including weight management), because you will be able to filter through the overwhelming amount of misinformation out there surrounding products promoted as "healthy", fad diets and lifestyle trends.
